Having trouble logging into your Member Portal? No worries! Resetting your password is quick and simple.

Changing your shipping address and/or billing information is super simple in your Member Portal. Are you missing meals?  Or worse.. snacks!?? 

 

We are so sorry!  We have quite a few practices and procedures in place to prevent this from happening.  Sadly, mistakes are still real, so if this did happen, just know we got you covered!

 

Our service team reaches out after each order to ensure everything arrived perfect for you!  In the event it doesn’t-just let us know and we will make it right!

First things, first: for best results, thaw your meal in the fridge for 24 hours before you plan to enjoy it!

 

Then pull off the top film and heat your meal 2 – 3 minutes in the microwave (microwave times may vary, and each meal has the best time to heat located on the top).
