We are so sorry!  We have quite a few practices and procedures in place to prevent this from happening.  Sadly, mistakes are still real, so if this did happen, just know we got you covered!

First things, first: for best results, thaw your meal in the fridge for 24 hours before you plan to enjoy it!

 

Then pull off the top film and heat your meal 2 – 3 minutes in the microwave (microwave times may vary, and each meal has the best time to heat located on the top).

Once your order hits the UPS hub, you will receive an email that allows you to ‘opt in’ for tracking information.

You will also get a text to let you know your order is in transit!

We currently ship our meals from UPS throughout the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii included.  We are, however, unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 to most states, while Alaska and Hawaii deliveries have a $25 charge.

 

We realize that some of our customers are from Canada, so while you do have the ability to make an order using a Canadian card, we do not deliver to Canada.

When you opened your FlexPro Meals package, were the meals inside still cold?  

 

If so, the meals should be just fine.  They are packaged in our super insulated bags as if the order was going to be delivered a day later than expected, just in case things like this happen.

When you opened your FlexPro Meals package, was the gel pack still cold and were the meals inside still cool?  

 

If so, the meals are just fine!  They are packaged in our super insulated bags as if they will be in transit for 1-2 additional days  Very rarely, UPS may have slight delays related to emergency conditions like weather and such.  We will do our very best to communicate any mass issues!
