Just defrost meal in the fridge for 12-24 hours before reheating, remove film and reheat for 2-3 minutes. Then enjoy!

For best results, thaw your meal in the fridge for 24 hours before you plan to enjoy it!

Then heat your meal 2 - 3 minutes in the microwave and be sure to vent by pulling back the film just a bit.
