Refunds are considered within 5 days of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your delivery, we may not offer a full refund, credit or exchange.
We do not accept returns of any food or perishable items.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some promotional health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as it will not be accepted.
Once the issue has been identified and brought up to customer service, it will be remedied as swiftly as possible. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t noticed a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often a waiting period depending on the institution.

Only regular priced items may be considered for refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
We will replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] or text 816-888-FLEX a picture of the issue with a brief description so we can help!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
