Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Refunds are considered within 5 days of delivery with proof of issue submitted to Customer Service. If 5 days have passed since your delivery, we may offer a credit or exchange when appropriate.

We do not accept returns of any food or perishable items.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Promotional health and personal care items

Please do not send your order back to sender, as it will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the issue has been identified and brought up to customer service, it will be remedied as swiftly as possible.

This may be in the form of a reshipment, credit or (at the manager’s discretion) a partial refund.  If a refund is approved, which may take 2-5 business days, you will be notified via email.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t noticed a refund yet, first check your bank account and call your bank.  At times, there will be a waiting period to release the funds, per your bank.

If you’ve done this and it has not been located, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] so we can assist with the situation.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be considered for refunds or credits. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] or text 816-888-FLEX a picture of the issue with a brief description so we can help!

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
