Absolutely we do!  All of our meals are hand-crafted here at FlexPro Meals which allows us to have complete control over our huge selection!

The “menu” link on our home page will take you to all our meals. By clicking on a meal, you will find all the ingredients in that meal, including allergens and nutritional information.

Be sure to check out the additions to our fresh new menu.  Every month we are adding new exciting plates and changing up old favorites!

Good question!  Your orders and when you get them will be determined by your first order and your frequency.

• Weekly frequencies:

First order Thursday 2pm cst – Monday 2pm cst: Your first order is sent Monday Next Day Air for delivery Tuesday and your recurring order is placed the next day on Wednesday for delivery the following week.

First order Monday 2pm cst – Tuesday 2pm cst: Your first order is sent Tuesday NDA for delivery Wednesday and your recurring order is placed SAME DAY that evening. 

First order Tuesday 2pm cst – Wednesday 2pm cst: Your first order is sent Wednesday NDA.  Next recurring order is not charged until NEXT Wednesday.  This gives you plenty of time to try the food and make any necessary changes before your next billing!

First order Wednesday 2pm cst – Thursday 2pm cst: Your order is sent Thursday NDA. Next order is not charged again until NEXT Wednesday (6-7 days later).  This gives you plenty of time to try the food and make any necessary changes before your next billing!

• Every other week frequency:

First order Thursday 2pm cst – Monday 2pm cst: Your first order is sent Monday Next Day Air for delivery Tuesday and your recurring order is placed the following Wednesday (8 days later) for delivery in 2 weeks.

First order Monday 2pm cst – Tuesday 2pm cst: Your first order is sent Tuesday NDA for delivery Wednesday and your recurring order is placed the following Wednesday (7 days later) for delivery in 2 weeks.

First order Tuesday 2pm cst – Wednesday 2pm cst: Your first order is sent Wednesday NDA for delivery Thursday.  Your recurring order is placed the following Wednesday (6 days later) for delivery in 2 weeks.

First order Wednesday 2pm cst – Thursday 2pm cst: Your order is sent Thursday NDA for delivery Friday.  Your recurring order is placed the following Wednesday (5 days later) for delivery in 2 weeks.

You never have to cook with FlexPro Meals. Our meals are pre-portioned and delivered flash frozen, ready to heat and eat! This isn’t just another box of ingredients, we’re the complete convenience package! We took care of your grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning!

Just defrost meal in the fridge for 12-24 hours, remove film and reheat for 2-3 minutes (each meal has instructions on the label).
